Meet Lucia

Lucia is a period coach and foodie. She teaches traditional kitchen wisdom to women who want to take their health into their own hands and live in sync with their cycle. Her approach is simple, down-to-earth and practical, focusing on reducing period pain and PMS while balancing hormones naturally using food as medicine. 

 

She is passionate about helping women find their 'kitchen flow' with simple nourishing know-how while learning to batch cook and eat like a period queen.

 

She is an ADAPT-certified Functional Health Coach, has trained under Claire Baker as a Cycle Coach and is certified with The Menstrual Health Insitute in women's hormone health and is undergoing further training to be a fertility awareness instructor with FEMM.

 

She is a life-long learner and combines evidence-based nutritional wisdom, ancestral health principals, pro-metabolic approach, common sense and soul into her food philosophy.

FAQs

I'm not a great cook. Will this work for me?

This program assumes you can follow a simple recipe. If you can make scrambled eggs, you can do this. The recipes are designed to be foolproof, and you'll have live support every step of the way.


I'm vegetarian/vegan. Can I adapt the recipes?

Many recipes can be adapted, but my recipes feature animal proteins for optimal hormone support. If you're plant-based, this might not be the best fit.


What if I can't make the live calls?

All calls are recorded! Plus the community chat means you can get support anytime.


What if this doesn't work for me?

This is a 12-month commitment because real change takes time. You can't cancel anytime, this isnt netflix. But I'm here to support you through any challenges.


When does this start?

The first cohort begins September 14th, 2025.


Will the live session suit international time zones?

I do my best to accommodate for an international audience. So call times are announced when the group is complete so I can try to accommodate the majority. All calls are recorded so you won't miss a thing.


What if I have dietary requirements?

I cater for an omnivorous whole foods diet. Most of my recipes are gluten-free, often with dairy-free options where relevant. Batch Queen is best suited to people who eat meat, and vegetarians and pescetarians who are curious about incorporating more animal foods into their diet. Usually, I don't recommend my programs for vegans unless they are transitioning away from veganism. Please reach out to me if you are unsure and would like to speak more on this.


What is the time commitment?

I have catered this program to be EASY TO CONSUME and COMPLETE. Every month you'll have a drop of 8 recipes and a live call.

  • Show up with the call (1-2 hours monthly)
  • Check in weekly with the chat 15 mins- optional
  • Spend time cooking, I recommend minimum 1 hour per week for best results. If you can set aside 2-3 intentional cooking sessions per week of 1-3 hours, you'll get CRAZY good results!

What if I'm on the pill?

Batch Queen is perfect if you are on the pill or planning on transitioning off the pill and want to minimise symptoms, combat nutritional deficiencies, reduce inflammation etc..


I don't have a period because I'm pregnant or menopausal. Is Batch Queen for me?

The skills and recipes covered in Batch Queen are important for women who cycle (or have missing cycles), during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and older age. Batch cooking nutrient-dense fertility foods are invaluable tools for the fourth trimester and beyond.


What if I have to cook for a large family?

Especially if you have a large family, these tools will make all the difference. You'll learn ways to sneak more nutrients into "kid-friendly" meals, how to save hours in the kitchen and make healthy food that tastes so good the kids won't know the difference.
