IS THIS YOU?
You want to become the most sparkly-eyed, radiant, luscious version of yourself who's building generational health, wisdom and a food culture of being abundantly well-fed one recipe at a time.
You are sold on the importance of animal foods for women's health but when it comes down to it, you aren't as confident cooking meat as you would like or you just can't seem to get organised to have enough protein on hand for each meal.
You're ready to action what you KNOW your body needs to take your health next-level, have balanced hormones, support your liver, adrenals thyroid , be metabolically healthy, build muscle and communicate safety and abundance to your body through food so you can finally get out of "fight or flight" mode.
You struggle with low energy, you feel DEPLETED and burnt out and you have a deep intuition that there's something not right with your health but doctors have sent you on your merry way because your "labs are normal".
You want to conceive, are pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum and want to feel relaxed knowing your body and baby are getting everything they need to have robust nutrient and mineral stores and stack the decks in your favour for smooth recovery.
Too many women are underfed, undernourished, depleted and burnt out. In a world that is divorced from the natural cycles of woman and nature, its time to return to the kitchen to reclaim health and power.
Animal foods are the lifeblood that sustains the feminine. It's time modern women reclaim them as the healing food they are.
Lifeblood. Noun. The blood, as being necessary to life. The indispensible factor or influence that gives something it's strength
You know you need to eat organ meat but you havn't touched the organic livers you bought (shit how long ago was that now!?)
You have hormone issues which you haven't been able to shake with seed cycling/clean eating/keto/vegan/carnivore (insert fad diet here) and you're ready to try a common sense powerful nourishment strategy.
Do you find yourself hangrily staring into the fridge trying to think of what to cook? You feel ungrounded, either starving or not hungry at all living on whatever random food you can get your hands on?
You want to set yourself up to sail through peri-menopause, menopause and beyond with grace and vigour.
You used to be vegan/vego or maybe you’re just trying to eat more animal foods for your health. You still feel conflicted about the ethics of eating meat, unsure how to cook it and totally intimidated by organ meat?
Babe, I hear you.
It can be near impossible to figure it all out and stay motivated on your own.
What if I told you that you get to join an incredible group of women who are ready to cultivate life changing cooking habits and start eating like the queens we are.
You can have it all, enjoy decadent foods that taste incredible while elevating your hormonal health and metabolism.
You don't have to do it alone and the best bit is it gets to be fun!
For far too long women have been taught the best things they can do is literally take up less space, be small and thin and pretty. It's time we eat to be strong, supple, relaxed, happy and horny.
When you eat for your female physiology your creativity can thrive, your motivation and appetite for life will be wet and you'll be able to step into a new era of "rest/digest/reproduce" instead of being stuck in fight/flight mode.
Join the well-fed revolution of women who are taking the power back into our hands and into our kitchens.

"you actually *do* make food like the pictures!"-Nat M
"I loved the videos! I like to be able to *see* what I should be doing. I also loved having the recipes per season, as it made it less overwhelming, knowing I could just flick through to where I'm currently at cycle wise. You actually *do* make food that comes out like the pictures haha."

FAQs
What if I'm on the pill?
Lifeblood is perfect if you are on the pill or planning on transitioning off the pill and want to minimise symptoms, combat nutritional deficiencies, reduce inflammation etc..
I don't have a period because I'm pregnant or menopausal. Is Lifeblood for me?
The skills and recipes covered in Lifeblood are important for women who cycle (or have missing cycles), during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and older age. Batch cooking nutrient-dense fertility foods are invaluable tools for the fourth trimester and beyond.
What if I have to cook for a large family?
Especially if you have a large family, these tools will make all the difference. You'll learn ways to sneak more nutrients into "kid-friendly" meals, how to save hours in the kitchen and make healthy food that tastes so good the kids won't know the difference.
What is the time commitment?
I have catered this program to be EASY TO CONSUME. Is self paced so you can watch and listen whatever you like however I recommend watching "one drop" every two weeks. The course consists of four drops and each contain 10 or so new recipes, and two short audio lessons to listen to. All up including 1 hour per week for cooking, I would suggest 2 hours per week to get the most out of the course. The more time you have to cook the better!
What if I have dietary requirements?
I cater for an omnivorous whole foods diet. My recipes are 100% gluten-free, often with dairy-free options where relevant. Lifeblood is best suited to people who eat meat, and vegetarians and pescetarians who are curious about incorporating more animal foods into their diet. Usually, I don't recommend my programs for vegans unless they are transitioning away from veganism. Please reach out to me if you are unsure and would like to speak more on this.
